The Problem Usually Isn’t Time

Good day, Stoics. 🫡Remove distractions, not time.

Most people say they need more time.

Usually, they need fewer distractions.

A few minutes here. A scroll there. Constant switching between things that don’t actually matter.

It adds up fast.

I’ve noticed that even short periods of real focus feel rare now. Not because there’s no time, but because attention keeps getting pulled in different directions.

That’s the real leak.

Not always time itself. What’s interrupting it.

Stay steady. ⚔️
