Protect Your Inner Weather

Good day, Stoics. 🫡Protect your inner weather.

Some people walk into a room and immediately change the atmosphere.

A bad mood. A disrespectful comment. A frustrating situation. Unexpected news.

And suddenly the entire internal climate shifts with it.

The Stoics worked very hard not to give the outside world that kind of control. Not because they were emotionless. Because they understood how dangerous it is to let every external condition determine your internal state.

If your peace depends on perfect circumstances, it will always be fragile.

There will always be traffic.

Noise.

Delays.

Criticism.

Disappointment.

Difficult people.

The goal isn’t to control the weather outside of you.

The goal is to become more stable within it.

Stay steady. ⚔️
